SPAM is always a hit topic among e-marketing industry, but this doesn't affect X-Mailer since our service only do OPT-IN blasting, we take care OPT-OUT process as well. Most importantly our system will calculate your SPAM score before sending out. It drives your campaign has higher delivery rate.

Question: Other agency told me low open rate is due to my bad quality email list, is that true?

It is possible. But you should concern the e-newsletter service provider (your agency), their system may already blocked by SPAM organization(s), even though your on hand emails are VALID, but email never delivered to inbox is due to SPAM filter already blocked agency e-newsletter system, that is another key reason why open rate is low.

Question: How difficult to switch to use X-Mailer?

First of all, membership information is owned by your organization; therefore you could use your mailing list on different e-newsletter system anytime. Moreover we will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with your organization to protect all your data. Therefore switching is not difficult and worry free.

Question: Email VIRUS!? Possible?

Yes, un-scanned email will possible to injected VIRUS, bare in mind your e-newsletter SHOULD VIRUS free before send to your valuable customer.

Question: Can my company own the X-Mailer for unlimited usage?

Not suggested. Why consider to own and maintain an expensive system If you could have a most up to dated system and skilled agency work for you, no need to invest on high end server, data center fee, firewall protection, SSL certificate fee, VIRUS update fee, SPAM rules adjustments and more. Using X-Mailer service can reduced your Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Question: What is X-Mailer version means?

Format: version X.Y

X represent major features release
Y represent minor upgrade and bug fixed

Question: We are not Branding company, Advertising, Media, Interactive agency, or online publishers, can we still use it?
